Andy's Stink Clear Lake Waseca. Material: glass. Size: 4" W. x 5" L. x 1/16" D. Description: glass plate image: Clear Lake area in Waseca, a river bed with sloping banks identified tentatively as "Andy Stink", the waterway between Clear & Loon Lakes. Possibly mislabeled as Clear Lake and might be a steep sandy cliff in Courthouse Park, Little LeSueur River. Photograph taken along the Little LeSueur River when the water was extremely shallow.
Lloyd Peterson was an electrician. The glass-plate negatives came into Peterson's possession from his wife's cousin, Gertrude Lewer whose father was August Frisk. Frisk lived next to Charles Hawkes and did handy work for him. The negatives probably belonged to the Hawkes family.
