Material: metal. Size: 2 3/4" diameter. Description: Size - 2 3/4 " diameter. Material - colored metal - suspended disk inside a ring frame - designed to give an optical illusion of color and movement when spun.
Belonged to donor who played with it in the early 1900s. On the register card was typed the following: "In the year 1969, the date this toy was given to the Waseca County Historical Museum, a description of the principle involved was given by one of the astronauts on the trip back from the walk on the moon. It was a vital part of the planning of the space ship used on this historic flight."
