Dr. Oeljen was an eye doctor in Waseca from about 1930-1980. Attached to the gift agreement form #68.95 is a two page narrative about Dr. Oeljen as related by WCHS volunteer, Carol Rutledge. It contains personal comments about the doctor, his history in Waseca and the history of the sign that he donated.
