(a) Adding machine. Material: metal, wood, paper, textile. Size: 11" W. x 19 1/2" L. x 11 1/2" H. Description: black painted metal - Burroughs model serial #3-662887 - seven-columned numbered keyboard (black keys on two outside columns, white keys on center three columns, all numbered from 0-9) - three function keys on left - wood handle on right - black inked ribbon - platen and paper roll - machine mounted on stand. (b) Stand. Material: metal, wood. Size: 19" W. x 19" L. x 38" H. Description: black metal frame - collapsible wooden shelf on left side (13 1/2" W. x 17" L.) - base mounted on wheels and stationary feet -center bottom lever raises feet making wheels operable.
From the Farmer's National Bank early 1900s. Later used by C.W. Spaulding Jr. in his work. Nearly all of the Paulson articles are donated by Dr. and Mrs. O.J. Swenson. Some parts inoperable.
