Bissell carpet sweeper made by the Bissell carpet sweeper Co. of Grand Rapids, Mich. ca. 1920s. Belonged to Lucille Nelson. This item was left in Lucille's house after she moved to her new residence. William (Bill) Anderson bought Lucille's house 421 4th Ave NE, Waseca and brought in the item after he purchased the house from Lucille.
