Donor's father was Charles H. Nelson. He was an amateur photographer & may have taken this photo. Charles was born in 1890. His father was Henry G. Nelson & mother's name was Edna. After Henry died, Edna married Charles Johnson & Edgar, Everett & Marvin w. Lake Avenue became 3rd Avenue April 1928.
