Material: leather, textile, glass. Size: 4 7/8" W. x 7" L. Description: multicolored beaded pouch beaded on front - 3" L. deer skin fringe around edges - cotton fabric lining - closure with fold over beaded flap - 30 1/2" L. deer skin carrying strap wrapped in beadwork.
Native American artifact. Identified as Ojibwa Indian ceremonial artifact and craftwork circa 1900-1910. Made for sale. Currently displayed in the flat exhibit case located on the museum balcony timeline.
