Black velvet beret with edges turned up & with right side having a noticible drop. The front 1/2 of the turned up edge is covered by a narrow black veil. 2 synthetic black feathers 12 " L accent the front with quill portion pertruding through the dropped portion of the turned up edge. A 3/8 " W piece of black velvet tied in a single bow accent the center front. 4 " bow with 2 " free ends. Size - 15 " W across top from dropped edge to opposite side & 26 " circumference. Label reads "Pierce Chicago New York".
