Size - 6 1/2 " diameter x 4 1/2 " H with 28 " circumferemce. Small high-crowned hat of tightly woven fabric made to resemble straw. Crown is black, sides are alternated ivory & black bands 1/2 " W. Bottom black band is wider in front, tapering to narrower in the back. A brim of rolled black hat material completely circles the hat. A white fabric rose & bud accented by green leaves, & green plastic stems is pinned to the let front side. Inner band is black grosgrain ribbon.
