Royal Blue Velvet Swirl. Description: A royal blue velvet hat with a hidden self-brim that tapers in width from 3 1/2 " in center front to 2 " center back. From the 6 " diameter crown, the velvet is gathered & swirled attaching at the lower edge to hide the brim. It has a 4 1/2 " x 1 " single fold. Self bow on the left lower edge. Inside headband is blue grosgrain ribbon. Label in center back reads "Jo Lyn Original".
