Letter Rack. Material: wood, leather, metal. Size: 12 1/2" W. x 16" L. Description: back and front boards hinged together at the bottom with a leather strip; ornate leaf design carved around edges; leaf carving centered on front board and surrounded with intricate open work.

Property of Dr. R.O.Craig, who located in Janesville in 1866. He was the first physician in Janesville and donated the lot for the Carnegie Library in Janesville. Possibly a Bible rack.
