World War II Civil Air Patrol Jacket of Victor Hack. Material: textile, metal, plastic. Size: 17" W. x 23" L. Description: blue wool jacket, waistline length; wide rolled, notched collar forms v-neckline with lapels; front closure with five blue plastic buttons and two snaps; one pleated pocket on each side of upper jacket closes with two snaps; long sleeves with button closure at cuffs, shoulder epaulets with a blue and gold bar on each (#41-92.11d,e); upper left sleeve blue circular patch outlined in gold, insignia attached to patch: gold pin in the shape of the state of Minnesota under symbolic wings and a CAP logo and "MINN" at the bottom; silver insignia on each collar tab stamped: "C.A.P." (#41.92.11 b, c); blue and red patch on upper right jacket has white letters: "Civil USAF Auxiliary Air Patrol".
