Material: metal, rubber. Size: 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1". Description: (1,2) tan rubber - circular bumpers on metal attachments - screws are used to attached bumpers to toe of skate. (4-6) metal hexagonal screws. (7-8) metal "U"-shaped threaded clamps. (9) paper instruction sheet. (10) plastic packaging.

Toys & Games. Probably go with roller skates, #41.90.2a,b. Bumpers are used for stopping.
