Copper Teakettle. Material: metal and wood. Size: 10 1/4" W. x 7 1/2" H. Description: copper container with a narrow curving spout on one side, black wooden handle on other side; copper lid with a black wooden knob on lid; brass hinge on lid; stamped on bottom: "Pilgrim Ware, Two Rivers Wisconsin, applied for".

Used in Isaac Jenkins home. Isaac Jenkins was born in Wisconsin on his parents' way to Minnesota. His parents were Mary and David Jenkins, territorial pioneers. Isaac married Lura Caliphina Barber, daughter of Alvin Barber, also an early pioneer.
