Description: natural colored wooden hoop skirt; 8" diameter waistband of four stacked hoops banded with four metal brackets (no discernible way to open the waistband); eight more hoops make up the skirt frame from waist to floor length each hoop increasing in size towards the bottom; each hoop is clipped with a metal band; five strips of 1/2" W. brown fabric tape attach to each hoop at intervals and extend vertically from waistline to hemline.
