Description: dark blue material; long-sleeved jacket with blue and white patterned cotton lining; dark brown velvet shoulder yoke; narrow stand up collar; front closure with 12 hooks and eyes; a vertical ruffled trim on each side of front closure; waistline peplum for tucking in to skirt waistband.
