Description: black, cotton, sateen five-gored half-slip with 11 1/2" W. flounce made with two types of black cotton: top 4" band is matte and the second 5" W. band is a combination sateen and matte fabric, 2" W. black ribbon ruffle over a plain 2 1/4" W. band forms the lower edge of skirt; flounce has four rows of very narrow machine tucking. 1/2" W. x 34" L. waistband closes with a snap assembly over a 10 1/4" L. placket; hemmed for a drawstring (missing).
