Description: white cotton muslin - legs are sewn separately and joined at the 2" W. waistband - front closure with one 3/8" W. white button - each leg is trimmed with a 1 3/4" W. embroidered insert and a 4 3/4" scalloped and embroidered muslin flounce. "8006" written in black ink on inside of waistband.
