Description: white five-paneled fine white cotton; fancywork hand stitched to top half of skirt; bottom half of skirt is designed in horizontal bands: 3 1/4" W. ruffle around bottom of the petticoat; 19" W. flounce over bottom part of main garment; a band of 6 rows of pin tucks; a horizontal fancy ribbon band; two more sets of six rows of pin tucks; band of white embroidered eyelet. Waistband consists of a 3/4" W. hem with 1/2" ties for securing the skirt above the 9: placket - three pleats on each side of the placket. Labeled in black marker: "#4736 b" inside front center waistband.
