Description: strings mounted on an oblong, rectangular wooden body described as a stringed instrument with 16 melody strings, Middle C to D three octaves above; instrument was played with bow (#84.88 b); and four string bass chords to be plucked with the finger or a pick (84.88 c); soundbox located at the center, decal illustrations name the chord and melody notes; label: "Ukelin Patented April 6, 1926".
