Color and description: brown, white, greenish-gray wool tweed - greenish-gray rayon lining - V-neckline - front closure with three brown wooden buttons - two front pockets - elbow-length sleeves. (b) Pants. Material: textile, shell. Size: 9" W. x 19" L. Color and description: brown wool - elasticized back waistband - front closure with fly zipper in a 4 1/2" L. placket - closure at waist with one black button - four suspender buttons inside waistline - two front slash pockets.
Children's attire.This suit is typical of the clothing worn by small boys during the early 1950s. This one was worn by James Panzram, grandson of Herman Panzram, Co-founder of the Waseca County Historical Society.
