Donor's father, Arvin Spies, was hired to dismantle the Everett house in 1958. Arvin found a few items in the house and took them home to his wife Dorothy Spies. After Dorothy passed away donor brought the silver items to the museum. The silver has been a part of the Everett and Spies families. ROCKFORD SILVER PLATE CO - Rockford - IL
