Description: green polyester long-sleeved leisure jacket with pointed collar, four metal front closure buttons, two front pockets and one breast pocket. (b) Trousers. Size: 20" W. x 29" L. Description: green polyester pants with front zipper fly and waistline belt loops. Worn by Patrick Thissen for Irish-American celebrations and performances.
Patrick Thissen, a founding member of the Irish-American Club of Southern Minnesota, was a well-known Irish American tenor from Janesville, Minnesota who performed and entertained at many family and Janesville-Waseca area celebrations; he was especially known for his Irish ballads.
