Switch, Light

Minneapolis and St. Louis Railroad. M & St. L Railroad Switch Light. Material: metal, glass. Size: 12" W. x 22" H. Description: metal; two amber and two green circular glass plates in center; print at top: "St. Louis U.S.A., Handlan"; wire handle at top; the wick was located in the bottom portion and then filled with kerosene; this light has been converted over to electric.

Minneapolis, St. Louis Railroad; M. & St. L. R.R. Items from Arvid Peterson who worked on the Railroad as a Section Hand. Items were given to Jerry Peterson when Arvid Peterson passed away. Jerry passed away in 2014 and the Sutlief family is cleaning out his items.
