Middle Woodland Manker Projectile Point. Material: stone. Size: 1 1/4" W. x 1 1/2" L. Description: Grand Meadow chert; age: 2,000 - 1,500.
Middle Woodland projectile point used by Native Americans. Dr. Schirmer of Minnesota State University, Mankato visited 2 July 2013 and determined that this is a Native American tool. Currently displayed in the flat exhibit case located on the museum balcony timeline.
