Lydia A. Frank was born in Waseca County to William F. and Emma F. Frank. The Frank family lived in St. Mary Township. Lydia married William Carl Tolbers 14 March 1923, in Waseca County. Lydia and William are the parents of Harold William Tolbers born 16 March 1925 in Ramsey County and Mildred Marion Tolbers born 2 October 1930 in Steele County. The family lived in Steele County in the 1950’s. Mildred married Earl Thofson of Freeborn County.
