Description: black and white photo portrait of a young man posed in profile, wearing a dark suit, white shirt and dark tie; his very short haircut is parted on the left; he is identified as being a friend of Marguerite Herbst whom she corresponded with for many years in Colorado. Found in album #75.13.5 page 138. Correspondence from Steele to Marguerite Herbst and two of her unsent letters are found in Archives 75.13
