Louella Butter Wrapper. Material: paper. Size: 8" x 11". Description: parchment with blue print: "Louella Registered Brand Sweet Cream Butter" in one blue outlined box and "Louella Brand Butter is churned from pasteurized fresh Sweet cream produced by tuberculin tested accredited herds" and "Famed for Quality" within a second blue outlined rectangle.
Louella Butter.Louella Brand butter was made at the Otisco Co-op Creamery. It was sold through American Stores of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Rudolph believes Louella butter was also made at the Waseca Co-op Creamery at one time. Mrs. Rudolph's brother, A.J. Anderson, was a buttermaker at the Otisco Creamery, he named a daughter Louella after the butter he made.
