Elmer Philip Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Nelson, was born 13 March 1895, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Elmer Philip Nelson lived at 822 3rd Ave SE Waseca, MN and owned land south of 3rd Ave SE (Goodspeed Addition). The land south of 3rd Ave SE was home to Nelmoor Stables for about thirty years. Elmer Philip Nelson owned the State Theater in Waseca, MN.
