Lauritz G. Haug and Pauline Pedersdatter Haug immigrated to Minnesota from southern Norway (Hurdal) in 1884, settling first near Spring Valley, Minnesota before moving to Waseca County about two years later. Besides the children in this photo, two more children were born to this family: Thora Haug (Mrs. Justin Sunde) and Ralph Haug (1899). Immigration.
