Breakfast room light fixture, Ward house, 804 East Elm Avenue, Waseca. Material: glass, metal. Size: 19" x 14". Description: black metal frame work, black metal decoration at top and bottom of light fixture; six yellow glass panels around sides; two glass panels for base of fixture (not installed inside light fixture, stored next to light fixture); three bulb light fixture. Metal ceiling attachment included with light fixture.

The breakfast room in the Ward house used to be the back porch. The Ward house was built in 1895. There were two major remodeling jobs done to the house. The first remodeling happened right before P.C. died in the 1930s. The light fixture was put in the breakfast room after this first remodeling which was done by Vera Ward.
