Worn by donor at the wedding of her brother Norman Schmidt when he married Rena Johnson at the Lemond Pontoppidan Church in Steele County in 1951. Others in the wedding party were Buck Root, Norbert Schmidt, Gail Johnson, Ronald Johnson and Judy Schmidt Abbe. The Schmidts farmed in Otisco Township.
