Bruce and Jean Ann (Priebe) Lundholm Estate. This family ran the mink ranch in Waseca, MN. Organization: St. Paul School Police. The St. Paul School Police or St. Paul School Patrol Program was founded in 1920 in response to a high number of accidents involving children walking to and from school. The first School Police Crossing was made in February of 1921 at Kellogg Blvd and Summit Ave. This is believed to have been the first school safety patrol crossing in the world. Over 250,000 students have served as St. Paul school police.
