High School Graduation Dress and Slip, Class of 1910. (a) Dress. Material: textile, metal. Size: 14" x 52". Description: white light weight cotton ankle length dress; rows of white lace inserts and embroidery around neckline, bodice to waistband and elbow length sleeves; skirt gathered to narrow waistband; one row of white lace insert around lower skirt line; back closure with hooks and eyes from back neckline to side waistline and into side skirt placket. (b) Slip. Material: textile. Size: 19" x 43". Description: white light weight cotton bodice with two center front v-shaped inserts of white tatted lace; 1" white camisole shoulder straps edged with white tatting; a two-tiered skirt is attached at waistline; lower skirt finished with alternating rows of pin tucks and inserts of white tatting; hem is edged with white tatting; skirt lined with a heavier white cotton.
