Bass Drum. Material: wood, metal, textile, leather. Size: 17" diameter x 12 1/2" H. Description: wooden cylindrical shell - leather drumhead stretched over circular opening on each end stamped: "H. A. Starr Waseca, Minn."- thin band of wood clamps around top and bottom edges securing the drumhead membrane to the frame - twelve wing nut clamps spaced top and bottom edges pass through center eyelets - clamp holes on outer rims - webbing strap attached with clamps through two slots and rings - brown rope through hooks and into bottom hooks - brown leather tabs on rope - wooden sides - metal nameplate on side: "Manufactured by C.T. Plummer Duluth, Minn."
