Hodgson Pipe. Material: wood, metal, shell. Size: 1 1/4" diameter x 2" H. bowl x 5" L. Description: highly polished brown rosewood bowl and stem - gold ornately patterned metal band encircles top of stem separating it from the amber shell or resin mouthpiece - gold stamped lettering on stem side: "G.F.B. Hand Made".

Hodgson Collection. Prior to accessioning, the number 269 was printed in white ink on the bowl.
