Waseca County Railroads - Chicago & Northwestern (C & NW).Tool used by C & NW to pry open the lower windows in the passenger cars. Glen Bell was a brakeman and conductor on the Chicago & North Western for 33 years. He retired 17 December 1979. Among the runs which he worked on was the last run of the "400", the last passenger train in Waseca, on July 23, 1963.
