Norida Puff Box. Material: paper. Size: 3" diameter x 1 1/4" H. Description: blue paper over cardboard formed to a circular box and lid; white lettering on top and sides: "Norida Fleur Sauvage (Wildflower) Pougre, Norida Parfumerie Paris"; multicolored side scene: basket and flowers; multicolored top scene: 18th century woman with white upswept hair and green gown picks flowers and gathers them in her arm; top lid lifts off to reveal empty box where face powder once was stored; printed on box bottom: "Made in France, Packed in U.S.A. for Norida Parfumeria, New York".
Family history: Benjamin Heinrich Hensel, an Evangelical minister who served many parishes in Minnesota and his wife Sophia, children: Al, Mattie, Elsie, Ella, Lucy and Esther lived at 302 3rd Ave. N.E. in Waseca. Donor is the daughter of Al Hensel.
