Nail Buffer. Material: celluloid, leather. Size; 3/4" W. x 3 1/4" L. x 1/2" D. Description: cream colored celluloid nail buffer; shaft attached to a similar colored buffing chamois material at end; found in Manicure Case (#48.82.42a) with four tools: (#48.82.42 b,c,d,e) and a Buttonhook (#48.82.42f).
