Waseca County Military - WWII. Franklin L. Philipp enlisted in the Army Air Force on 21 Sept 1941. He trained at Laredo AFB, TX and worked as a station attendant. Sgt. Philipp was discharged 15 July 1943. Donor is Frank's second wife.
