WWI Red Cross Volunteer Pin. Material: metal. Size: 7/8" W. x 3/4" L. x 1/4" thick. Description: gold tone metal - red enamel inlay along bottom: gold lettered: "T.P.W.C." and star symbol - above lettering: squirrel - safety pin style catch on back.
Waseca County Military - WWI. Red Cross. Given to Mrs. Jens T. (Anna) Dahle, the donor's grandson, for knitting one hundred sweaters in WWI for the Red Cross. She was an avid and talented knitter.
