Be the berries, and not a dud tomato -
Come to the Holiday Bootlegger's Ball!

If you'd like, arrive lookin' air-tight in a costume that's the bee's knees! There'll be a Costume Contest with a seriously fun prize. Libations and Hors de eouvre provided

Know the password to get in to our speakeasy - at the speakeasy door (front door of the Waseca County History Center) is “Buttercup”

If you're the dancing type, a real lalapazazer, get your ground-grippers (shoes) moving to excellent jazz by our very own high school Jazz band, directed by Devon Lawrence of the Waseca HS Bands.

Entertainment also includes Terrascyn, a local dance group that will dazzle us with a performance in period style costumes that includes dance steps from prohibition times, and they'll be teaching a few of the dance moves to anyone willing to participate!

There'll be some dazzling artifacts from the time period on display, as well as stories about snake charmers and bootleggers from the Waseca area!

Plenty of elbow rubbing and a chance to prove you're a real sharpshooter - It'll be fine as frog's eyebrows.
